Marissa Louie, Founder and CEO
To Marissa, bloggers deserve 100% ad revenue and 100% creative control over

She is a passionate entrepreneur.
Marissa is a lifelong expert in building and managing organizations. She was
a strategy and technology consultant to the C-suite executives of several of the
world's largest corporations at Deloitte Consulting and Accenture Consulting. As
an Associate Partner for a private San Francisco-based real estate investment
business, she led multimillion dollar property acquisitions. At Number Networks
and Slideshare Inc., she held leadership positions in online marketing, product
management, social media, and viral marketing. She is an expert in online
auction systems (1 patent pending). In her spare time, she provides advisory to
the San Francisco Board of Supervisors through a special citizen-led committee.

Duc Haba, Founder and CTO
To Duc, advertisers and bloggers deserve the most innovative and powerful
system to support their quest for blog fulfillment.
He is a passionate technologist.
Duc has successfully founded four companies, raising a total of over $160 million
in venture capital funding from firms including Benchmark Capital, FT Ventures,
Kleiner Perkins, Mohr Davidow Ventures, Sequoia Capital, and Softbank Capital. His
illustrious technology career began at Xerox Research in Palo Alto (PARC) where
he was a recognized leader in developing expert systems (6 patents filed). At
Oracle, he led a team of over 100 people to develop the Oracle Store, the first
end-to-end E-Commerce system. Duc was a founding member of Viant Inc.,
eCoupons.com, Xichlo (XLgateway), and GreenTomato Software. He loves to
architect and configure heuristic and expert systems, as well as mentor at-risk
youth as a swimming coach.
